Help Buddy Enjoy a Fun-filled Summer

Hello! This handsome face is my son Buddy...as many of you know, he has a HUGE personality, a great attitude, a heart bigger than anyone I know, and Down Syndrome and Autism. He loves everyone, and has lots of friends....and gives absolutely LIFE_CHANGING HUGS. He is an Honorary Police Officer for our local police department and is a great student. He goes through life with a smile that he shares with every one he meets, and he LOVES his wrestler friends. When you have made it into his "circle" you have made it. He loves his people, and they love him.

We are once again facing summer break with not a lot of opportunities for camps, and day placement. I am in a position to have to take an extensive amount of time off from work for the months of June and July, or take him to work with me. This is an "okay-ish" solution some days, but not always...

I have found some day camps around us but they are very cost-restrictive, at least for us.

I want to make sure that this wonderful kid of mine is able to enjoy his summer, and am looking into horseback riding camps and arts and crafts opportunities, but on limited income these are out of reach for us.

At worst, even if we don't find summer placement, I will need a small assist in keeping everything paid until school starts again in early august...at which point, my work hours will be back to normal. (never ever thought I would be in this position, but here we are. )

If you can help, even in a small way, you will be taking a huge worry off of this momma....i try and struggle every day to provide for him in the best way I can.
