Hi, I'm Danielle. Pictured above are my grandparents, Alice and Herman AKA Bubby and Zaddy. They've been loving parents to my mom and uncle and supportive and caring grandparents to me and my brother all our lives. They are essentially the backbone of our family. Unfortunately, Bubby suffered a massive brain hemorrhage last month and has been in the hospital and various rehab centers for weeks. While she is doing better, she still has a long road ahead of her.

Part of this road to recovery is relocating her to a home closer to family that can help her on a day-to-day basis. At the moment, they live more than 40 minutes away from family, which puts both Bubby and Zaddy in a very risky situation given their age (85 and 87, respectively) and Bubby's health. Relocation would help in both her recovery and their overall well-being.

While they have the funds to pay rent and utilities every month, there is one major barrier preventing them from moving. The security deposit. They don't have enough money to actually commit to an apartment that they can call home for their twilight years. My family and I have exhausted every option in our personal lives to get them the money they need to no avail. This is why I am turning to you all. I am hoping that the kindness of others can help Bubby and Zaddy find a home they can live in both healthily and happily.

The $6000 I am asking will be put towards:

---Moving services ($500-$1000)

---Any extra miscellaneous costs that may come up ($350)
