On July 9th, a massive tree crashed through the home that Bryan and Buffy were renting, destroying it and everything inside. During the chaos, Bryan fell through the floor and is now dealing with ongoing pain and physical strain. Buffy suffered a serious spinal injury — a fractured L2 vertebra — and is now facing a long and painful recovery.

They lost their home, most of their belongings, and now they’ll be dealing with medical bills and the urgent need to find a new place to live. Because they were renting, insurance will not cover their personal losses or living expenses.
