I was so disheartened to learn that my neighbor’s bike and carriage were stolen from his property in the City of Tonawanda, NY sometime between the evening of Tuesday 9/19/2023 and the morning of Wednesday 9/20/2023. These two best friends, Bruce and “Jacob-Gizmo” have walked many many miles over the years along the Erie Canal and the Niagara River in the City of Tonawanda and the Town of North Tonawanda, exploring and visiting with everyone they pass along the way. They have been a fixture in this area for years. Maybe you've seen them or talked to them yourself. Bruce is always good for a chat with his neighbors, telling stories and sharing his love for his little buddy.

Sadly, in the past year or so Jake has developed a series of health problems that have left him unable to walk, run, or play like he used to. Bruce knew he had to do something so that he can continue to provide the best quality of life possible for little Jake, so several months back he bought this e-bike and carriage so he can ride Jake around and continue to visit their favorite places and friends.

And now, somebody has decided that cruelty trumps compassion. I am asking for your help to show Bruce that actually, no, compassion trumps cruelty. Any little bit will help.
