Help Brooks Beyerl Fight Retinoblastoma

My name is Christina Blackwell -- Jason's sister & Brooks' Aunt.

My sweet nephew Brooks was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma in January of this year, a rare and aggressive form of eye cancer. At the age of 2, he is facing more than most of us could imagine. Brooks is currently undergoing an intensive treatment plan that includes 6 rounds of systemic chemotherapy, 3 rounds of intravitreal chemotherapy (injections directly into his eye), and a combination of laser surgeries and cryotherapy.

Despite the strength and resilience Brooks has shown, the journey has been filled with unexpected challenges. We have prayed endlessly that these treatments would be enough to beat the cancer. However, doctors have recently shared that there is a likelihood the cancer may still be active in his eye after completing this phase of treatment — and that additional treatment outside of Alabama may be necessary.

This has been an emotionally and financially heavy road for Jason, Dana, June and the entire Beyerl/Stehr family. We are reaching out to ask for two things:
