This page is being organized on behalf of a truly wonderful and deserving couple, Brittney and Joseph Tillson, as they embark on the most rewarding but very expensive medical journey. But to explain how these two amazing people got here, I must go back and explain the details that they have been enduring with amazing strength.

Prior to their fairy tale wedding, Brittney, Joseph, and Braylee began talking about adding to their beautiful family. Braylee, Joseph’s daughter from a previous marriage, has always been a huge part of the decision-making process in the family, and this was no different. Braylee wanted to be a big sister to a sibling with Brittney and Joseph. This overjoyed the couple as Brittney has fiercely loved Braylee from the moment they met. But she has always wished to have the chance to grow their family. Brittney has dreamed of being a mother for as long as she can remember, and as much as she has always treated Braylee as her own, she wishes to get the chance to conceive a child.

Brittney and Joseph’s journey to conceive a child began in January 2023. Seven months after the journey began, Joseph was diagnosed with azoospermia and was prescribed fertility medication to help combat the symptoms. A year later, in January 2024, Joseph went through further testing but was grateful to learn that the medication was working. The couple was informed that they should have no trouble conceiving on their own naturally. Several months later, Brittney underwent several tests to rule out reproductive difficulties on her part and was also cleared, yet the couple was still having to endure negative pregnancy tests. With the looming and painful realization that unexplained infertility was what may be to blame, they were directed to IUI treatments. Beginning in October 2024, the couple endured four unsuccessful IUI procedures at over a $10,000.00 out-of-pocket cost.

This brings the couple’s journey to today and yet another fertility specialist who has expressed that the best course of action is to begin IVF treatments. Brittney and Joseph have so much love to give, and they have a deep desire to share the beautiful bond they have with Braylee with another child. The couple is willing to work as hard as needed for a chance to conceive a child and wish to make Braylee’s dream of a Tillson sibling come true.

Brittney and Joseph are the most kindhearted people; they see the best in everyone, love fiercely, care deeply, and would do anything for the people they love. They are never the ones to ask for help but would give the shirt off their backs if it would help someone else. When it comes to friends, they are the best anyone could ask for because they show up and are always there to offer a helping hand. The high cost of IVF should not be what stands in the way of this beautiful couple bringing life into the world. With that information, I am hoping that everyone will in turn show up for two people who deserve nothing less than their dreams to be fulfilled.
