Hi, for those who don't know me, I am Brittany Jimerson. I've been a professional aerial acrobat for 18 years now. I'm here to briefly explain that I've been in a long standing abusive relationship; verbally, mentally, and physically. Thankfully, I had a beautiful upbringing that made me strong in every way possible. I know exactly who I am and I know that I'm none of the things he has ever said to me or my children. And if you ask any of my friends they will all tell you that they've never seen me angry because I'm one of the most patient and understanding people they've met.

For those wondering why I stayed for 11 years, I stayed for my children to have stability. I started looking into divorce last year (2024) because my husband decided to call an escort service in Boston that turned out to be a scam and nothing happened. But when someone sent him death threats from five different numbers, claiming to have my maiden name, his parents names, and his twin brother's name, along with photos and videos of the guns they would use to kill us and other extremely disturbing things like beheadings and such... it makes it really hard to trust that it was nothing.

Aside from that he reached out to a multitude of women, and most recently we had a physical altercation 5/10/25 when he stole my phone, shoved me first and wrestled me for my phone in which he was hoping to find something, but was never able to obtain access. My Mother's Day this year consisted of going to the ER and having my right hip checked out from the incident and was prescribed muscle relaxers and ibuprofen, which has helped immensely because I had about a foot radius in range of motion with a shooting pain in my hip socket if I made sudden movements outside of that range. I also filed a police report, and filed an Order For Protection (OFP) We had a hearing already and I'm in need of your help to be able to pay my lawyer to finally get the divorce I've been needing for a long time as this isn't the first altercation. I found one that is willing to do a payment plan for me, but I've created this page to help with legal fees.
