My name is Nini Madrid. I am Toby Padilla's Aunt. Dindy and Linda, parents of Toby, and sister, Gladys, and I, myself, along with our family, are all here writing this with a heavy heart, a desperate plea for help. The family is facing an unimaginable challenge. Toby was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer while incarcerated in North Carolina.
