Help Bring This Child Home — Donate Legal Appeal for Justice
Donation protected
Why We’re Here
We are friends standing beside a mum who’s fighting to reunite with her child. She's exhausted every other option and now faces a complicated, expensive legal appeal process. The legal system can be hard to navigate alone, especially when you're already hurting.
We can't fight the case for her, but we can help carry the financial weight. Your support, big or small, means more than we can say.
How Your Donation Will Be Used
Every dollar raised will go toward:
- Appeal filing fees and court-related legal costs
- Independent experts if required (psych, social, or family reports)
- Barrister or legal briefings essential for the return of this child
- Court document preparation or travel directly related to the case
Donations will be held securely and used exclusively for lawful expenses related to the care and return of this child.
If there's a shortfall, we may seek additional support.
If there’s a surplus, it will be either:
- Donated to a registered family law support charity, or
- Reserved for future legal needs relating to the welfare of the child, or
- Refunded (where contact details are known and requested)
We commit to openness, lawful use, and good record-keeping.
This isn’t just legal. It’s deeply human.
We’re helping someone we care about fight for their child, and we’re doing it the right way. Your support helps with more than money. It sends a message: you are not alone.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for walking beside us, carefully, kindly, and legally.
