The Struggle Bus is a unique art car, also known as a mutant vehicle, that we’re building to take to Burning Man, as well as other festivals and community events. If you’re new to the concept, art cars are custom vehicles transformed into mobile pieces of interactive art, designed to inspire, connect, and create unforgettable experiences.

Our mission is to make The Struggle Bus a safe haven for those in need of a little extra comfort along their journey. With a cozy and colorful steampunk-meets-cyberpunk design, this mobile sanctuary will offer a welcoming space to relax. We also plan to provide practical essentials like goggles, masks, and lights for those who find themselves unprepared in the harsh desert or elsewhere.

We’ve made great progress, but there’s still a lot to do! Here’s what’s left to bring this vision to life:

    •    Redesigning the windshield

    •    Adding a smokestack for that steampunk flair

    •    Installing solar power for sustainable energy

    •    Embellishing with tin tiles and lighting

    •    Building a sound system for good vibes
