Shelli and Richard's 3 grandchildren were permanently removed from the care of their parents.  Shelli and Richard want to gain custody of the children. They have been cleared by the county they live in by doing all that was required of them, which included taking parenting classes, First Aid, CPR   and home visits from  DHHS. 
Shelli has taken time from work to go out of county to visit the kids for 1 hour visits regularly. She has driven this on many occasions and would continue to do so if she was allowed. 
The Cramer's love theses kids and want to provide them with the security of a loving home with family. Things are somewhat complicated due to the children living in another county. This money will help the Cramer's be able to keep fighting for the rights as Grandparents to be with these children.
