Lindsey is raising this fundraiser for her husband, Ronny, during one of the most painful and difficult times their family has ever faced. Ronny was recently taken into ICE custody, turning their lives upside down in an instant and separating their family just as they were so close to the end of his legal immigration process. After the approved I-130 petition, they started the 601A waiver process and were very close to hearing whether he would be approved. After working hard to do everything the right way, this unexpected detention created an urgent legal and financial crisis at the very moment they were near the finish line.
Ronny is a loving partner, a hard worker, and a deeply family-oriented man who only wants to provide for Lindsey and their daughter and build a better life here with them. He belongs at home with his family. The funds raised will help cover immigration bond fees to secure his release, ongoing immigration attorney and legal fees to continue fighting his case and finalize his papers, and basic living and moving expenses to help keep the family stable during this crisis.
Any amount, no matter how small, will help support the fight to reunite this family and stop Ronny’s deportation. If donating is not possible, please consider sharing their story. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly heavy time.
