A Safe Place to Breathe, Heal, and Begin Again
'Rhythms of Renewal' is a vision in its early stages — a trauma-informed community project being created to support women, youth, and children impacted by grief, loss, or violence.
Our focus/aim is to offer safe gatherings where people can begin to explore healing through drumming circles, breath work, gentle movement, creativity, and reflection. These gatherings provide a welcoming space and invite participants to discover small ways to nurture resilience, wellbeing, and hope in a caring, trauma-aware community.
Why This Matters
Many women and children carry the weight of trauma without access to spaces where they feel safe, supported, and seen.
'Rhythms of Renewal' is being shaped to offer such a space — rooted in creativity, community, and, when welcomed, faith. This project is intended as an opening, a place where people can begin to explore strength, belonging, and connection.
What Your Gift Makes Possible
This vision is still in its earliest stages and my initial goal is to raise $15 000 to cover the foundational steps needed to launch.
Donations will go directly toward:
• Courses, training and education
• Drums and percussion instruments
• Session resources and creative materials
• Setup costs to make gatherings possible in local church and community spaces
Any funds raised beyond this goal will go directly toward expanding the program — providing additional instruments, resources, and opportunities to reach more women, youth, and children.
Every gift, no matter the size, is part of planting the seeds of a safe and welcoming place for healing.
The Heartbeat of Renewal
At its core, 'Rhythms of Renewal' is about restoration — an offering, a chance for women, youth, and children to begin exploring healing, hope, and belonging in community and in God.
Your gift helps plant the seeds of that vision. And if you aren’t able to give right now, simply sharing this page is a huge support.
Together, We Can Create a Safe Space
Rhythms of Renewal' is being supported by Origin Collective, part of Fremantle Church, providing accountability and encouragement as this vision takes shape.
Thank you for helping bring Rhythms of Renewal to life. Your generosity makes it possible to begin creating spaces where women and children can find hope, healing, and belonging.
