Help Bring Our Mother Home — Legal Support Needed

We are four sisters urgently seeking help to bring our mother home after her unexpected detention by ICE. She has always complied with the law, has no criminal convictions, and has been actively pursuing due process toward lawful status while legally residing in the United States under Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from Honduras.

This situation was completely unforeseen. Our mother is the core of our family here, and she also faces ongoing health concerns, making her detention especially distressing.

After consulting with immigration attorneys, we were advised that her case is strong and that there is a clear legal path forward. However, immediate legal representation is required to request bond and continue her case. Unfortunately, we do not have the funds needed to secure an attorney on such short notice.

We are humbly asking for support to help cover attorney fees, bond-related costs, and legal filings. Any donation or share will help us fight for our mother’s release and keep our family together.

Everything that is raised with this GoFund me, will be used for all legal fees and costs. We are using a family account in order to transfer all funds directly into our legal counsel, Martin Law. This is all for our mom who we desperately want back home safely.
