Hi, my name is Evelyn, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. Recently, my mom was taken into “ICE” custody, and our family has been living in constant fear and uncertainty ever since. She is the heart and backbone of our home, a loving mother, a caring friend, and a single mother who worked extremely hard everyday to provide for my three younger siblings. One who has a chronic heart condition who I fear needs her to be here with us the most. My mom has been through 20+ years of sacrifices and pure determination and hard work to give us a better future here in the US.

Right now, my biggest priority is getting her the legal help she desperately needs. Immigration cases are complicated and move quickly, and the cost of a lawyer is far more than I can afford. Every dollar raised will go directly towards her legal fees, and any related expenses to fight for her freedom and bring her home where she belongs.
