First and foremost, we want to begin by thanking God. For many years, God has been the one who has kept our family together. Through His grace and love, we have remained united despite the many challenges life has brought us. We have faced difficult moments before, but through faith in Him we have always found the strength to keep going.

Today, we are facing a very difficult time as a family.

Many years ago, my father came to the United States with the same dream that millions of immigrants carry… the hope of building a better life for his future family. Like many others, he left his home behind and crossed the border in search of opportunities that would allow him to provide for the family he hoped to have one day.

Around ten years after arriving in the United States, his life changed in a profound way. It was during this time that he truly came to know God and began building a deep relationship with Him. From that moment on, his faith became the center of his life.

Not long after coming to the United States, he met my mother, who had also immigrated with similar hopes. Together they built a life rooted in love, sacrifice, and eventually a strong faith in God. Over the years, they were blessed with five children… one daughter and four sons. From that moment on, my father dedicated his life to providing for our family in every way he could.

Being an immigrant in this country is not easy. Finding work can often be difficult, and life requires constant sacrifice. But for more than 20 years, my father has worked tirelessly to support our family. Even during the hardest times, he never gave up. He continued moving forward with determination and faith.

While my father may not be rich in money, he is incredibly rich in the things that truly matter. Through the years, God blessed him with a loving family and a strong community of faith. In our church, he eventually became a youth pastor, dedicating his time to guiding and mentoring young people. He has spent countless hours teaching them the word of God, encouraging them to stay on the right path, and reminding them that God has a purpose for their lives.

For many young people, my father has been more than a teacher, he has been a guide, a support, and a source of hope.

Recently, our lives changed suddenly. While my father was simply trying to find work and continue providing for our family, he was detained by ICE immigration authorities.

Despite this very difficult situation, my father remains calm and full of faith. He does not live in fear. Instead, he continues to trust that everything is in God’s hands. As a family, we also believe that the Lord is with us even in the middle of this trial.

We know that God has the power to perform miracles, but we also believe that many times He works through people… through their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help those who are going through difficult moments.

That is why today we humbly ask for help to cover the legal expenses needed to fight my father’s case and do everything possible to keep our family together.

Any donation, no matter how small, would mean so much to us. And if it is not possible to give financially, we would also deeply appreciate your prayers. Prayer has always been the foundation of our family, and we believe that God hears every single one.
