Hello we are the Garcia family…

On December 22, 2025 our brother and our father were detained by ICE on their way to work. Our Family is heartbroken, and we are asking God for a miracle and doing everything possible to secure their safety and bring them back home.

Our dad is a very hardworking man and a good father. Family is the core of who my father is. Everything he does is to support us, including working 12 hour days doing manual labor. My dad came to the United States over twenty years ago to support his family financially. He came with absolutely nothing to his name- no money, no parents , no English, just the hunger to support his family. He is a very humble and god fearing man with a huge heart.

Our brother has always been a gentle soul. He keeps to himself and spends most of his time with family and close friends. Everyone who knows Javier has nothing but positive words to speak about him. Javier unfortunately suffers from severe epilepsy which can be triggered by various things, stress being one of the major triggers. His health concerns us greatly and is one of the reasons why were feel immense pressure to act quickly.

We are currently raising donations to hire a lawyer for both men and pay immigration fees.

Any type of support, monetary or simply spreading our story is greatly appreciated.

Hola a todos, nuestros nombres son Janett, José y Victor.

El 22 de diciembre de 2025, nuestro hermano y nuestro padre fueron detenidos por ICE cuando iban camino a su trabajo. Nuestra familia está completamente destrozada, y estamos pidiéndole a Dios un milagro mientras hacemos todo lo posible para asegurar su bienestar y traerlos de regreso a casa.

Nuestro papá es un hombre muy trabajador y un excelente padre. La familia es el centro de su vida. Todo lo que hace es para apoyarnos, incluso trabajar jornadas de 12 horas haciendo trabajo físico pesado. Nuestro papá llegó a los Estados Unidos hace más de 20 años para apoyar económicamente a su familia. Llegó sin nada: sin dinero, sin padres, sin saber inglés, solo con las ganas y la necesidad de sacar adelante a su familia. Es un hombre humilde, temeroso de Dios y con un corazón enorme.

Nuestro hermano siempre ha sido una persona noble y tranquila. Es reservado y pasa la mayor parte de su tiempo con la familia y amigos cercanos. Todos los que conocen a Javier solo tienen cosas buenas que decir de él. Lamentablemente, Javier sufre de epilepsia severa, la cual puede ser provocada por distintos factores, siendo el estrés uno de los principales. Su salud nos preocupa muchísimo y es una de las razones por las que sentimos una gran urgencia de actuar.

Actualmente estamos recaudando donaciones para poder contratar un abogado para ambos y cubrir los gastos de inmigración.
