We are Joshua Wellington and Carmen Crow Gutierrez and we live in Aptos, CA. We just gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby boy and we are accepting donations from our community to help cover the costs of our birth.
We conceived while we were still ungrounded post Santa Rosa fires last October. We understand that many families are facing what we faced last year with the fires in Southern California. We hold these families in our prayers and we also support community outreach for them during these times.
We have been blessed to receive many hand-me-downs and gifts from our baby shower and this has helped us in a big way! It takes a village and we are humbly asking for any and all support from you at this time through donations.

This is the mother's first birth and we have been blessed to connect with one of the most experienced midwives in the area. We have already covered a large portion of the costs at hand and continue to work to pay in full~ we need support to cover costs for our midwife, as well as to cover time off for birth and postpartum.
