I was attacked in my home by Child Protective Services and the Leesville Police Department on July 1st, 2024, at 7:30 am. They came into my house wrongfully and slammed me and my 11-month-old baby into the wall of our house, leaving a bruise on me and my son Noah. At 11 months old, they framed me, saying I did it to my son, but I also had a bruise on my arm that formed hours later after they took my kids. They blamed my 5-year-old son for hurting his brother, then called the Leesville PD, who framed me and said I hurt my son Noah, which I did not. My kids love and adore me. I have pictures, video proof, documentation, and also body cams. One officer, Hardwick, turned his cam off, but Sgt. Jackson never did. I am trying to get an out-of-town lawyer to buy and help me represent my case in the courtroom so I can get my kids home and sue them. They slammed me and my 11-month-old baby into the wall of my house because the cop didn't like the fact I said you had no justice for my son Braxton but now want to act like you are doing your job in front of CPS. So now I have a lawsuit against the Leesville PD on two accounts and need my babies home. The only way possible is for me to get an out-of-town lawyer and to pay them when I have barely anything but my disability money every month. I struggle to come up with money to prove my case and get justice for me and my sons and get them back home with me, their single mom. If I don't act fast, come January, they will take my baby boys, who are my life, my world, the air I breathe, the only thing that keeps me up and moving every day, and place them for adoption. If a good family lawyer in Louisiana can help me come up with money to be able to fight back and get me a paid lawyer, that can and will help me out a lot. To get the money for a good lawyer, I have $3,000 out of my own pocket, but I still need another $3,800 to get a good lawyer to be able to take my case and get my baby boys back home. It's been a very rough time, and I have to jam to get a paid lawyer, or my kids will be gone and adopted after being hurt and framed by the Leesville PD. It's messed up. Please help me if you can.
