My son was withdrawn from school without my knowledge by his father on Sept. 15th 2025. He has been keeping him from me and moved out of town that same week. I have been trying to get my baby back on my own with no help, but I can’t do it alone anymore and now I need a lawyer to fight for custody and address his father's false accusations. He tried to go to CPS for the false accusations and case was closed as fast as it was open due to NO evidence. He isn’t a bad dad and I would never do this to him for my son’s sake. This has been an incredibly difficult time for me and my family, and every day apart from my son feels like a piece of our hearts is missing.

Having a lawyer will give me the chance to bring my son home to his mommy and his siblings, where he belongs. He has always been in great hands with me, surrounded by love and care, and I just want him home already.
