My name is Erica Gutierrez. I am the daughter of an immigrant, my father! ❤️‍ I am raising money to fund a new lawyer to have my father enter the states legally. The lawyer I previously hired out of Memphis, Tennessee had his license suspended during the middle of our case & I was never refunded my money! I had him paid off too!!

My father voluntarily deported himself from the United States in 2005. He was given the option of that or stay in jail 9 months and be able to come back. He chose the deportation and was told he could reapply after 10 years. I started the process at 15 years to petition/sponsor him back. He was denied in August 2023 after being told he could come if I added one more sponsor! I do believe if a lawyer was present with him, he would be in America today! I was trying again this time with a highly recommended lawyer! Lots of prayers are welcome and I truly truly love & appreciate anyone who sends donations or just prayers. ❤️‍❤️‍❤️‍
