Hola, soy la hija de José Pimentel, mi padre fue secuestrado por Ice el día 28 de Octubre de 2025, es miedo más grande de hijo de inmigrante . José fue agarrado afuera de su trabajo, trabaja más de 40 horas a la semana, este era solo un día normal para él esperando para entrar y empezar a trabajar cuando hombres enmascarados llegaron en vehículos sin marcar y exigieron que mi padre saliera, mi padre estaba asustado, preocupado, confundido. Su asiento para bebé en la parte de atrás que era para su hija menor de solo 1 año, pero a esos monstruos no les importó, rompieron su ventana y lo agarraron con fuerza de su carro y luego se fueron, se fueron con mi padre. dejando su ventana destrozada, el coche en marcha y abierto, no les importaba.

Mi padre es papa de 6 hijos, bonitos, inteligente, chistoso, traviesos, 3 niñas y 3 niños. él ama mucho a sus hijos y ellos lo aman y extrañan tanto. Mi padre era el único proveedor de su familia y sin él sus hijos y su esposa han estado enfrentando muchas dificultades, mentales y financieras. Contratamos a un abogado con la esperanza de que mi padre estuviera en casa pronto, pero los días se convirtieron en semanas y las semanas se convirtieron en meses, solo esperando cortes y rezando por el mejor resultado, teníamos esperanza cuando se acercaba su audiencia de fianza, pero el juez tenía otros planes. La fianza de mi padre fue denegada y el juez ordenó la deportación de mi papá y tiene hasta mayo, esto fue difícil de escuchar, pero tenemos la esperanza de poder luchar contra esto, planeamos apelar esto y presentar la cancelación de la deportación. Hello i’m the daughter of Jose Pimentel, my father was taken by ice October 28th 2025, any child of an immigrants worst fear. Jose was taken outside of his job he works 40+ hours a week this was just a regular day for him waiting to go inside and get to work when masked men arrived in unmarked vehicles and demanded my father to get out, my dad was scared, worried, confused. His car seat in the back that was for his youngest child only 1 year old but these monsters didn’t care they smashed his window and forcefully grabbed him out of his car and then left, left with my dad. leaving his window smashed, car running and open, they didn’t care.

My dad is a father of 6 beautiful, smart, funny,

children 3 girls and 3 boys pictured above; he loves his kids so much and they love and miss him just as much. My father was the sole provider to his family and without him his children and wife have been facing many hardships, mentally and financially. We hired an attorney in hopes my father would be home soon but days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months, just waiting for courts and praying for the best outcome, we had hope when his bond hearing was coming up but the judge had other plans. My father’s bond was denied and he was ordered for deportation and has until may this was hard to hear but we have hope we can fight this, we plan to appeal this and file for cancellation of removal and going forward my Dad and his children will need financial help to make this happen and keep fighting to bring him home.
