Marco Ramirez is a devoted father and a cherished friend who has always worked hard to provide a better life for his family. Brought to the United States by his parents in search of opportunity, Marco graduated from high school and built a life here. He once held DACA status, but due to financial hardship, he was unable to afford the renewal and lost his protection.

On December 30th, Marco was taken into immigration custody, leaving behind his 8-year-old daughter who loves him deeply. His sudden absence has left his family heartbroken and struggling to cope with the uncertainty of what comes next. Marco’s daughter misses her father every day, and his family is doing everything they can to bring him back home where he belongs.
