Help Bring Malachi Home

My sister Elxis Lipan is in need of help. She is a single mother of a 7-month-old, who until this weekend had a written 50/50 custody agreement with her ex-boyfriend. She dropped Malachi off on Friday as is designated, but upon Sunday's meeting the Father never showed up with him. Claiming that he and his mom were going to keep him until Friend of the court steps in and tells him otherwise. Lexi reached out to an attorney to file an emergency friend of the court injunction but was told she would need 3000$ to have him on retainer to file what she needs to get her baby back and bring Malachi home. We are beyond distraught as a single mother she does not have access to that kind of money. Any donations that would get us closer to bringing him home would be more than appreciated.
