Hello, my name is Daniel Patino, and I am reaching out to ask for your support for my brother, Jose Patino, who was recently and unlawfully detained by ICE.

Jose is a devoted husband to Sara Patino and a loving father to three beautiful girls — Bailey (16), Kiley (12), and Lexy (6). Anyone who knows my brother knows how hardworking, passionate, and full of life he is. He’s the kind of person who shows up for everyone — family, friends, and his community.

On September 12th, while on his way to work, Jose was racially profiled and wrongfully detained by ICE officials. Our family has been left heartbroken and distraught ever since. Jose has now been detained for weeks, and we are doing everything we can to fight for his right to stay in the country he calls home — with his wife and daughters who miss him deeply.

Jose was the main provider for his family, and his sudden detention has left them struggling to cover legal fees, daily expenses, and bills. These funds will go directly to help Sara and their daughters as they navigate this incredibly difficult time and continue fighting for Jose’s freedom.
