My name is Selena, and I am raising funds to help bring my husband, Jose Eliseo Talamantes Rangel, back home to our family. Jose was deported on September 18, 2025, and since then, life has changed dramatically for me and our children. He has always been a devoted father and husband, working tirelessly to provide for us and making sure our home was filled with love and support. Since his absence, I have had to start working to make ends meet, all while caring for our children and preparing for the arrival of our daughter, Zaneta, in December. The emotional and financial strain has been overwhelming, especially knowing that Jose will miss the birth of our daughter and the special moments that come with the holidays and our children’s birthdays.

Our children—Alyssa, who will turn 10 at the end of November, Ava (9), Kingston (7), and Elianna, who will be two in December—miss their father deeply. We have also experienced the heartbreaking loss of one of our daughters at full term, and the pain of being separated as a family has only grown. Jose’s absence is felt every day, from missed birthdays to the daily routines he once made brighter. Our children often ask for their dad, especially during celebrations, and it’s difficult to see them longing for his presence.

The funds raised will go directly toward the waiver fees and the I-130 fee required to begin the process of bringing Jose home. Jose is a phenomenal father with a heart of gold, known for his determination to provide a happy and comfortable life for us and his devotion to God. He was wrongfully deported and separated from the family that loves and misses him dearly. Having him back would mean the world to us and would help restore the sense of unity and hope that we have been missing.
