My husband Jhon is currently in ICE custody, and our family is facing an incredibly difficult time. We urgently need assistance in paying legal fees, hiring an expert witness, travel fees to and from the detention center, and getting important documents translated and notarized. Jhon is a hard worker, a loving husband, and father of two sons in Venezuela. He has always been dedicated to his family and community, and his absence has left a huge gap in our lives.

Jhon was detained during his second check-in meeting with immigration authorities. This was unexpected and has brought a lot of stress and uncertainty to our family. We are doing everything we can to support him, but the legal fees required to process his immigration paperwork before his trial date, about two weeks after August 19th.
