Help Bring Hope to Majur

Hi my name is Diana, this June, I have the incredible opportunity to travel to Majur, Croatia. During the Yugoslavian War of the 1990s Majur was badly affected, many loved ones were lost, homes destroyed and there was a declining sense of hope for the future. Today the village remains in a state of struggle - farms and houses stand abandoned, and a generational gap leaves the elderly caring for young children as parents work tirelessly in the capital.

Through the Glenard & Beloved Social Project, I will be joining a group of young women to make a difference in the community. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to restore hope through service. We will be spending our days painting, repairing, and cleaning homes and community spaces, working side-by-side with the villagers. Beyond the physical work, we hope our presence alone succeeds in bringing joy to the village.

This is why I need your help. This trip costs 1000 euros, covering flights, accommodation, transport, and materials for our project. Every euro donated goes directly towards making this mission possible - helping not only me get there but also ensuring we have the tools needed to make a real impact. Once my target is reached I'll be donate the remaining money to my peers who are also going on this mission to Majur.
