Help HS students bring holiday cheer to low-income students

My name is Adrian Ferrer and I founded a program called "Dragons Helping Dragons" with my best friend, Nolan Parker. It is a program where high school juniors and seniors help tutor elementary students (at our alma mater) who are struggling in math and reading. It should be noted that the school is a Title I school, which means that the student body has a higher concentration of lower-income students. These students are at higher risk for failing to meet academic state standards, and additional funding is used to create systems for these at-risk students to receive a more equitable education.

In addition to providing tutoring twice a week, the student volunteers are also providing services to earn money to purchase holiday gifts for the students in need. This GoFundMe can be used to donate for services received by student volunteers or to make outright charitable donations.
