I’m excited to share that in February 2026, I’ll be traveling to San José, Costa Rica to volunteer as a dental hygienist, providing much-needed dental care to underserved communities.

I’ve been a Dental Hygienist for 15 years, and helping others get the care they deserve has always been my passion. Last year, I had the privilege of volunteering in Antigua, Guatemala, and the experience had a huge impact on me both professionally and personally. I realized how much I want to continue making a difference abroad, and Costa Rica will be my next stop.

I’ll be working with a local clinic, providing dental care, and leaving behind supplies for future treatment. It’s an incredible opportunity to give back, but it’s also an expensive one.

While I’m covering most of the costs myself, I’m hoping to raise some extra funds to help with housing, airfare, supplies, and other fees.

Any contribution—big or small—will help me get one step closer to this mission, and if we go beyond the goal, the extra funds will go directly to purchasing supplies for the clinic.
