Please Help My Brother’s Growing Family Return to The US

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for taking a moment to read this. Every bit of help, including sharing this fundraiser, makes a huge difference.

In April of 2023, my brother Moshe Kurtzman, his wife Ahava, and their two-year-old son, Emory, began a new chapter by moving to Israel. While they approached this change with hope and enthusiasm, unforeseen challenges, including the ongoing conflict in Israel, have made their journey far more difficult than anticipated.

However, life, with its unpredictable twists, has blessed them with joyful news amidst these trials – they are expecting another child this fall❤️ This happiness, however, is shadowed by their current living conditions. Their home has become unsafe, necessitating an immediate move. Coupled with this, Moshe's exhaustive 12-hour workdays have not yielded sufficient income due to the scarcity of well-paying jobs, making their situation increasingly untenable.
After much consideration, we've collectively decided that returning to the United States offers the best path forward. Back home, not only will financial burdens be eased, but a strong support network awaits to help them rebuild their lives, ensuring a healthier environment for their growing family.

How You Can Help

We turn to our family, friends, and community during this time; our village. Your support can pave their way back to stability, covering essential costs such as travel, food, groceries, and any unforeseen emergencies. Together, we can ensure Moshe and Ahava’s family receives the warmth and safety they deserve.

Your generosity, no matter the form, brings us closer to our goal. Let's come together to offer Moshe, Ahava, Emory, and their soon-to-arrive family member a beacon of hope and a fresh start.

Thank you for your kindness, empathy, and support. Please share our story with others who might wish to help. Every share, every contribution, and every word of encouragement means the world to us.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Moshe, Ahava, Emory, Rakalaya, and the Little One...
