We’re **TASTE Takeover**, a proud **501(c)(3) nonprofit organization** dedicated to uplifting culture, music, and community through intentional, inclusive events that center the LGBTQ+ and Latinx experience.
This year, we’re launching the first of many large-scale concert-style cultural celebrations featuring globally recognized artists known for electrifying performances and Latin chart-topping hits. While we’re keeping the names under wraps (for now ), these artists are guaranteed to be in your Spotify playlists!
We’re so excited to embark on this journey—and we want you to be part of it.
**Why We’re Fundraising**
To make this unforgettable night a reality, we’re raising **$75,000** to support:
- Artist fees, travel, and accommodations
- Venue rental, sound, lighting, and production
- Event staff, security, and community accessibility resources
**Here’s the real talk**: well-known artists at this level often charge **$60,000 and up++**—we know, it’s wild! But with your help, we believe we can make it happen.
Not only that—we’re laying the foundation for something even bigger: **a mini-series of intimate concerts curated by and for the queer womxn in our community**.
This isn’t just about one night—it’s about creating space, joy, and pride through music and culture. A movement where we come together and celebrate who we are.
**Transparency and Verified Fundraising**
All donations raised through this campaign are processed via the **PayPal Giving Fund**, which is a secure and **verified platform** that ensures all funds are handled responsibly. **100% of donations** go directly to supporting the mission and the event—paying for the artists, venue, production, staff, and more.
Your contribution is **100% tax-deductible** under U.S. law, and you will receive a receipt for your donation for your records.
Here’s how your donation will be used:
- Supporting **artist fees** (travel, accommodations, performance)
