Our family is facing one of the hardest battles we’ve ever endured. My partner, Emmett, a loving man, a soon-to-be father, and one of the hardest workers I know, is currently being wrongfully accused and held away from us.

Before all of this, Emmett worked hard every single day to secure our future and provide for our little family. He had a steady job, he supported us, and he dreamed of being here for every moment. From doctor’s appointments to feeling our baby girl, Vihana, kick for the first time. But when this case took him from us, our entire world shifted.

Since June, I’ve been holding everything together on my own while preparing to welcome our daughter in just a few months. Between the financial strain, living in a stressful environment, balancing appointments, working gigs to stay afloat, and fighting through my own emotions every day, I’ve been doing everything I can to stay strong. But the truth is… I can’t do this alone anymore.

Emmett is a great man. He is not the person they’re painting him to be. He deserves the chance to come home, to hold his daughter, and to continue building the life we’ve been working so hard for. Unfortunately, without proper legal representation, his voice isn’t being heard the way it should.
