Homero “Butters” Martinez isn’t just a talented mechanic — he’s a friend, a helping hand, and a cornerstone of our local car scene. He’s spent his whole life here in Dalton, always willing to lend a wrench, share his knowledge, or show up when someone needed a hand. Recently, Butters was deported after being stopped for something as simple as not having a driver’s license. Now, he’s separated from his family, friends, and the community he’s called home his entire life. We’re raising funds to help cover legal fees, travel expenses, and other costs to bring Butters back home where he belongs.
