Help Bring Brooklyn Home — Fighting for Justice & Safety

My name is Linson Jamison, and I am a parent in the fight of my life, not for power, not out of anger, but purely out of love for my son, Brooklyn.

Brooklyn is a child with the sweetest soul you will ever meet. He is at one of the most critical stages of his young life... the years where attachment, safety, and love shape who he becomes forever. And right now, he is not where he belongs.
Brooklyn was listed as a victim of domestic violence on an official police report, as a minor. The man responsible also assaulted Brooklyn’s mother and his own daughter. Brooklyn witnessed and experienced violence that no child should ever have to endure.

His mother leaves him in Hawaii... alone, frequently, while she moves through her own life. Brooklyn deserves consistency, stability, and a home filled with people who will never leave. That home is here, in Colorado, where he was born, where his family is, where he has roots, love, and a parent who has never once stopped fighting for him.

What made this battle even harder was something I never anticipated. During this process, his mother launched a public smear campaign against me, false allegations spread online that were deeply damaging. I made the painful decision not to publicly defend myself because I refused to drag Brooklyn’s name into a public war. I chose to protect him over protecting my reputation. That silence cost me. It significantly affected my income at the exact same time I was already drowning in legal fees.
So I have been fighting on two fronts: in the courtroom and against the financial damage caused by lies I chose not to dignify with a response. Every decision I have made has been with one question in mind: what is best for Brooklyn?

I fly to Hawaii every 6 weeks. Flights cost $2,000 each trip. I show up every single time because I need him to know he is never forgotten. To date, I have spent over $200,000 in attorney fees just to maintain my relationship with my own child and keep him safe.

We have an emergency custody hearing next week. I have the evidence. I have the truth. I am so close. But my attorney requires a $15,000 retainer to proceed, and I have nothing left. I am already deep in debt from years of fighting this battle the right way, through proper legal channels, with dignity, and always putting Brooklyn first.

I am not asking for this for myself. I am asking for Brooklyn. For his safety. For his childhood. For the chance to bring him home to the stable, loving environment he deserves during the most pivotal years of his life.

Every single dollar goes directly to legal fees.
If you can give $10, $50, or $100 — you are giving Brooklyn a fighting chance. If you cannot give, please share this with someone who can.
He has a sweet soul. Help me protect it.
With so much gratitude,

Linson Jamison
