Help Bring Baby Parks Home: The Parks Adoption

Hello there! We are Justin and Chloe Parks and our goal is to raise enough funds to adopt our first child.

We have been married for a little over a year and we are so excited to expand our family! Adoption has always been on my heart as I was born with a congenital heart defect and underwent my first corrective surgery at six weeks old. I had four corrective surgeries by the age of two and a half and have been thriving ever since! Unfortunately, due to the trauma my heart endured, my heart simply cannot handle the pressure of a pregnancy. I was lucky enough to meet Justin who has also always had adoption on his heart. Justin attended Winterjam Christian concerts growing up and was always interested in the pro-adoption segments. He wanted to help in any way he could, and now that we have each other we simply cannot wait to help and love a child in need.

A little bit about us: we are both in the education field. I am a High School English teacher and Justin is the Head Band Director for his school. We have a passion for children and for education. We are members of a local Baptist church and are regular attendees. There is nothing quite like Wednesday night fellowship meals! We are huge Marvel fans and have gone to almost every Marvel premiere night since we have been together. Traveling is a huge passion of ours as well. We love each other, we love life, and we want to share our love with a child.

The money raised towards our adoption will go directly towards our home study, the adoption agency’s flat cost, birth mother expenses, legal expenses, and traveling to receive our child.
