Dear friends, family, and caring strangers,
We are reaching out to ask for your help during a deeply difficult time.
Chaplain Turner (Jim)—known to many as a source of comfort, prayer, and quiet strength—is now facing one of the toughest battles of his life. He has been diagnosed with cancer, and his fight is real! The man who has spent years serving others, showing up in moments of crisis, and offering hope without hesitation now needs our support and prayers as he fights this challenge!
His daughter, Anita and her family, who are missionaries, currently living in Papua New Guinea, plan to come home to be with him. Travel from PNG is incredibly expensive, almost 30,000 to bring them all home.
We are raising money to cover their travel expenses home so they can bring him the strength and encouragement he needs to keep fighting the good fight.
Time is precious, and every moment matters.
If you have ever been helped, encouraged, or prayed for by Chaplain Turner… if you understand what it means to want to hug the ones you love… or if you simply wish to extend kindness to a family in need—please consider donating.
No amount is too small. Every dollar brings Chaplain Turner’s daughter and her family one step closer to him.
If you cannot give, please share this campaign. Your support, in any form, means the world to this family. Please keep them all in your prayers.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you.
