Hi everyone, my name is Emilia Ortega Gonzalez.

My dad, Alfonso Ortega, was detained at the Excellent Car Wash on September 1st, 2025.

My dad was the sole provider for my mom, sister, brother, and I. He always made sure we had food on the table and everything we needed to get a better education.

My dad is always putting others first. Even after long shifts at the car wash and no days off, he would still make time for the family. If you guys knew my dad, you would know he always had a big smile on his face and always made you laugh with his dad jokes.

The donations will go towards legal fees and support our family’s stability while we fight for his release.
