Help Bring Alex Home: Support Kimberly's Fight

Hi, my name is Kimberly — I’m a mom, a military wife, and someone who is doing everything I can to bring my 8-year-old son, Alex, back home where he belongs.

For the past few years, Alex has lived with his father in Texas while I’ve been rebuilding my life, moving with my military husband, and raising my younger children. During that time, I’ve continued to support Alex in every way I could — sending school supplies, birthday gifts, and always showing up with love, even from a distance.

But recently, I’ve become increasingly concerned about his emotional and mental well-being. I’ve received school reports detailing incidents that deeply worry me, and I’ve been denied basic communication with him — despite having legal rights as his mother. I’ve tried to work things out peacefully, but I’ve reached a point where I have no choice but to go through the legal system to protect my son and bring him home.

I’m currently representing myself in court, and while I am determined and informed, this process is expensive and emotionally draining. I’m asking for help to cover:

• Legal filing fees and court-related expenses

• Therapy and mental health support for Alex

• Essentials to prepare a safe, loving room and environment for him here in Arizona

• Any additional costs that arise during this difficult legal process

This is not easy for me to ask. I’m not here to complain — I’m here to fight for my child. And I know I’m not alone.
