My best friend of 23 years, Briana Richter, and her three sons Rory, Cedric, and Rowan, need your help as they embark on a new journey. Briana has bravely moved out of her home due to domestic violence, has found work and an apartment to call her own but she is in need of a car.

She is working two jobs as a full time preschool teacher, a part time caregiver, along with being a full time mom, and she needs your help. With your help she will be able to secure funds for a car so she can safely transport not just herself, but her three sons who have special needs.

With this new car that your gracious donation will go to, she will have reliable transportation:

-Too and from her two jobs

-Take her eldest son Rory to his therapy appointments for his Autism that are weekly.

-Take all three of her sons (Rory who is 10 with Autism, Cedric who is 6 with ADHD, and Rowan who is 3 with Autism) to all their doctors appointments and extra curricular activities.

-Take them to their field trips and school activities so they can continue to socialize with their classmates.

Not only do these boys rely on their primary caregiver, their mom and my best friend, but they too will rely on this car for transportation so they can continue to have some normalcy during this big shift in their lives as well.

The 2,000$ will go to the down payment for her new car. As she is currently in the midst of a divorce, filed this October of 2025, it could take months up to a year for the court to decide “who gets what”. For a mom trying to get her life on track and take care of her boys, she does not have the luxury of waiting for that court date.
