Help Brian Fight for His Life — Liver Transplant Needed
My name is Brian, and I have been diagnosed with end-stage liver failure. Without a transplant, I will not survive. Those words are still hard to believe and even harder to say.
I’ve been blessed to share 34 wonderful years with my wife, who has been my best friend through everything, and together we’ve raised three amazing sons. Our two oldest are grown, but we still have one son at home who needs his dad. I’ve always tried to be there for my family — as a husband, a father, and a friend and now I’m facing something I can’t overcome on my own.
This diagnosis has turned our lives upside down. The medical costs, travel for hospital visits, ongoing medications, and my inability to work have been overwhelming. My family is doing everything they can to stay strong and positive, but the reality we’re facing of the uncertainty of whether I’ll survive long enough to receive a transplant is something no one can truly prepare for.
Your support means the world to us. Every donation, big or small, will help cover medical expenses, treatment-related costs, and the financial strain on my family as we focus on getting me to a transplant and, hopefully, to recovery.
I’m holding onto hope — hope that I’ll have more time with the people I love most. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my story, sharing it, and keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Ellingsworth Family
