Help Brendan's Family Get Back on the Road

UPDATE: we reached our original goal, but I realized that it won’t be enough to cover everything I’ll need to get both my wife and I back on the road. We are looking to buy two used cars, one for each of us. As a federal employee, I need to get back to

the office on a full time basis. My wife also works Monday thru Friday. Any help you can provide is tremendously appreciated!

Hello... I hate asking for help, but I don't know what else to do. I'm a married father of 7, and a disabled Veteran who is in danger of losing his job. I am also the main financial provider for my family.

Today, my wife was in a car accident. She is ok, thank God, but unfortunately, our 2006 Chevy Uplander is no longer drivable. We are now without any vehicles.

Due to fears that I may lose my job and tragic circumstances regarding two of my daughters over the years, I have had to carefully allocate my money to the most important areas, such as my mortgage and utilities. This has caused severe damage to my credit, meaning I cannot get a loan for a new car right now.
