Help Braydin Thrive After Early Challenges

Donation protected
Baby Braydin entered this world far too early born at just 25 weeks, weighing only 1 pound. From his very first moments, he has faced challenges that no newborn should ever have to endure.

Since birth, Braydin has suffered multiple cardiac arrests, each one requiring CPR to bring him back. These life-saving measures, while necessary, resulted in rib fractures and a fractured spine, along with other broken bones. He has already undergone multiple surgeries and continues to fight every single day in the NICU.

One of the most significant steps forward in Braydin’s journey was the placement of a tracheostomy (trach). While it was a difficult decision, it has been the best thing for him so far. Since receiving his trach, Braydin has shown remarkable improvement! He is more comfortable, more stable, and truly beginning to thrive. For the first time, we are seeing consistent progress and glimpses of the bright future we pray for every day.

Braydin’s parents have made unimaginable sacrifices to be there for their son. His mother, Julia, lost her job so she could remain by his side day and night, advocating for him and providing comfort during every critical moment. His father, Brady, continues to do everything he can working long hours at U.S. Steel to provide for his family while supporting his son and partner through this emotional journey.

Between ongoing medical expenses, lost income, travel costs, and the specialized care and equipment Braydin will need as he prepares for life outside the hospital, the financial strain has become overwhelming. No family should have to worry about finances while their child is fighting for their life.

We are asking for help to support Baby Braydin and his parents during this long and uncertain road. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease the burden and allow Julia and Brady to focus on what matters most and that is helping their son continue to heal and grow stronger each day.

If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing Braydin’s story and keeping him in your thoughts and prayers. Your kindness, love, and support mean more than words can express.

Thank you for standing with Baby Braydin and his family.
