Hello everyone,
This is Avinash, nephew of DR.KK(Karunakar Chapalamadugu). Dr. KK is well known as God’s servant, and UNO Peace Committee member. He was called to God’s glory on May 8th, due to COVID. As we mourn at the passing of Dr. KK, we are faced with the challenge of Bobby’s (Dr. KK’s son) health at this time. Bobby is a Kidney transplant patient, who currently has only one functioning kidney donated by his mom (Sis. Mary).
Abhishek Spurgeon Chapalamadugu alias Bobby, has undergone a Kidney transplant back in 2016, is now faced with post covid complications, and is undergoing treatment for fungal infection in lungs and kidney Hemodialysis from 28th may.
Abhishek is currently admitted in ICU at KHIMS hospital,Khammam, Telangana, India. After unsuccessful attempts for implanting jugular catheter on his left and right side of neck, a temporary implant of a 3 line pipe on his thigh for dialysis and IV infusion have been made. For a permanent catheter line to be implanted, Bobby needs to be shifted to a bigger hospital in Hyderabad. We approach everyone with heavy hearts to pray with much burden that our God heal him with his gracious hand and for his fast recovery. We also do appreciate your help in any financial regard, as it nearly costs between INR 30,000 - INR 50,000 per day for his medical care. As doctors say that Abhishek’s condition is critical, we request you to continue to pray for Bobby, his sister and mother in this dire time of need.
I will be collecting the funds in USD and transferring them to Yashwanth my brother in India who’s taking care of family and all medical requirements.
