Friends of Bob Villarreal are raising money to pay his legal fees as he fights for a fair parenting arrangement (one that doesn't change at will). Bob is a loving and caring father and works hard at multiple jobs. Unfortunately, he faces a difficult battle with this - as most fathers do, since the court system historically favors the mother. His co-parent bleeds him dry financially and he doesn't even get consisten visitation with his kids. The goal of court is to ensure the custody arrangement is enforceable by law, decisions aren't made at the last minute without his input, and that Bob is no longer financially extorted. Please, if you can, help a father gain a sense of solace with his children, it would mean everything. 

The initial retainer cost is $1,750 plus the 5% GoFundMe takes, and the .30 per + 2.9% per donation they keep for payment processing. You may also make cash donations, just reach out to us directly. This GoFundMe will pay the money DIRECTLY to his lawyer, so the children's mother cannot claim this as additional income to Bob. We will be completely transparent every step of the way in the cost of the legal fees and will show proof of payment to the lawyer with updates.
