Bob Cowie is a 64-year old widower and a Greeter at Crossroads Church in Corona and lost his wife about a year ago. He loved her and she made his life complete. Since then, he has struggled to make ends meet with his floundering construction business. He had a heart attack recently and is on medication. His health insurance is in danger of being canceled because he needs to provide his tax returns which are 2 years in arrears and the cost for his CPA is $900, which he doesn't have. If he doesn't file his taxes and submit his tax returns, his insurance will be canceled. His van, which he runs his business out of is 13 years old and is about to die on him. His business is slow and he is struggling to eat and pay his rent. He is a good man, hard worker and does not want charity, but he needs help getting back on his feet. God calls us to help brothers and sisters in need out of our excess. If you feel blessed and have a heart to help, please chip in whatever you can to help Bob out. About me - My name is Mark Peabody and I am the owner of Peabody Engineering, a Board Member at the Corona Chamber of Commerce and a Life Group Leader at Crossroads Church in Corona. Bob is in my Life Group as well as a fellow Greeter at Crossroads on Sunday Mornings. The funds raised in this campaign are to help Bob Get caught up on his financial commitments, make necessary repairs to his Work Vehicle, which he depends upon to earn a living and help him get back on his feet.
