Help support "BOB" (Bodies On Barrow) this means everybody.

My name is Richard, I'm a Father of 3 awesome children, 2 sensational grandchildren, a husband, a Son and a Brother too.

Over the years I have fought numerous battles with my own mental health and now that I have grown mentally as well as in age I am able to look at life in a better light.

I would like to bring awareness to Mental Health in all aspects.

I am currently working on Barrow Island with an incredible group of individuals.

I know and understand that all of us have had contact with someone that has dealt with, or are going through some kind of difficulty, whether it be mentally, physically, socially or now even more so, with the costs of living soaring.

The life challenges we all face may seem different but fundamentally we are all in this together.

My aim is to support and "HELP BOB" (Bodies On Barrow) one person at a time, one day at a time.

All funds raised will go towards helping these people. (any suggestions welcome). Donations will also go to a variety of projects associated with Mental health like Blue Tree project.

I will be rolling out Blue Laces throughout the site with the aid of a QR code so keep a look out)

Once you recieve your new laces I'd like to have your old Boot laces for 2 reasons!

Firstly to get the new Blue ones on your Boots, secondly I will use them in a promo shoot on Island to show awareness to the Mental health awareness campaign.
