Help Blackie from Blackies Radio & TV live Safely at Home

Blackie has been a pillar of the community for over 50 years and has recently been diagnosed having Alzheimer’s with dementia and is home bound. Us children have only become aware of the state of disrepair of his beautiful condo and do not have the funds to make his home fully habitable and safe for him to live in. 

Blackie has been an advocate for endangered women and homeless families for years, ensuring they have food and clothes and been a Secret Santa annually. Now it’s our turn to provide for him. 

We are all doing everything in our power to keep him at home with his treasures and in doing so we need to replace his water heater and washer. Several sinks/counters. Most of his repairs require permits and contractors due to him living in an HOA.

Our hope is that when you think of Blackie, you remember him kindly and with a smile.
