Help Bill Elmore Provide Homes and Hope in Honduras

Hello, I am Bill Elmore, and it is my desire to serve the people and less fortunate in Honduras and in so doing glorify God.

I wish to teach them the good news of Jesus Christ.

Last year, I served on a humanitarian mission building homes, feeding the hungry, and clothing those that were in need. This year, I am taking two granddaughters with me, who desire to help those in need and to share Jesus with them.

My travel expenses are covered personally, as well as my granddaughters'. What I am asking is for donations to take clothing and accessories along to give to the less fortunate there.

The rest of our time there will be spent building homes for those without. It costs approximately $2,000 to assemble a home in one day with a crew of 10 people.

When I say a home, it looks like a garden shed to you and me, just a plain simple shed with a door and two openings for windows.

But the joy we see on their faces, knowing they have a roof over their head, is unmatched.

I ask that you not donate because I ask, but because your heart is willing to share with a cause that is legitimate and is in no way wasted on overhead. I will provide a receipt for whatever is purchased and taken to them, and if you desire, I am willing to purchase what you specify for me to take there. I recently found T-shirts and tennis shoes for one to five dollars each at Walmart. These are the things that can be used in a slum village.
