<div>Last year, I served on a humanitarian mission building homes, feeding the hungry, and clothing those that were in need. This year, I am taking two granddaughters with me, who desire to help those in need and to share Jesus with them.

<div>My travel expenses are covered personally, as well as my granddaughters'. What I am asking is for donations to take clothing and accessories along to give to the less fortunate there.

<div>The rest of our time there will be spent building homes for those without. It costs approximately $2,000 to assemble a home in one day with a crew of 10 people.

<div>When I say a home, it looks like a garden shed to you and me, just a plain simple shed with a door and two openings for windows.

<div>But the joy we see on their faces, knowing they have a roof over their head, is unmatched.

I recently found T-shirts and tennis shoes for one to five dollars each at Walmart. These are the things that can be used in a slum village.
